This popular training is for parents, family members and caregivers of individuals with special needs. The presentation covers the laws governing inheritance, what it will mean in terms of ongoing eligibility for entitlement, how to choose between wills and trusts, and what the differences are. This course is presented by Richard Schwartz, Attorney at Law.

Course Fee:  $10.00 per family, payable at the session.  Scholarships may be available for anyone with financial need.  Please contact your HRC Counselor if a scholarship is needed.
