The HRC Resource and Assistive Technology Center is one of four resource centers in the Harbor Service Area. One of these centers may be conveniently located in your community.

For resources, support and materials especially for families of infants and toddlers (0 - 3 years of age) receiving early intervention services, the California Department of Developmental Services, Early Start Program, sponsors four Family Resource Centers in the HRC service area. The HRC Resource & and Assistive Technology Center, at Harbor Regional Center, includes numerous early intervention materials and supports for families which have been funded through this program. 

Family Resource services are also offered by centers located in Harbor City, Long Beach, and Bellflower. To contact one of these Centers, send them an email, or visit their sites at your convenience, at the addresses listed below. You may want to call ahead, as their hours may vary:
